Central calendar and assignment overview

All planned appointments, assignments and resource allocations are shown in a clear calendar view – as a day, week or month view. In addition to classic appointments, multi-day projects, shift plans or series of assignments can be planned and adjusted at any time.

  • Drag-and-drop editing directly in the calendar
  • Colour coding of different resource types
  • Filter and search by employee, equipment or location
  • Synchronisation with existing system calendars (e.g. Outlook, Google)

In addition to the flexible day, week or month view, the central assignment overview offers further customisation options: users can filter by specific status or event types – for example to show only confirmed appointments, planned maintenance or completed assignments. The combinable filter function also lets you show or hide employees, equipment or locations so that you keep track even in complex plans.

Scheduling resources

🧰 Equipment and resource allocation

Manage and schedule technical equipment, vehicles, tools or other resources to avoid double bookings and optimise utilisation. The system automatically checks availability and points out conflicts.
