Manage your items, book goods in and out and organise stocktaking – all with just a few clicks. Stay well prepared and keep full control of your warehouses and items so your company stays successful.
You book goods in and out where the goods are: in the warehouse, in the vehicle or on the construction site.
Scan the barcode with your smartphone and the item opens immediately – with stock level and storage location.
With multi-booking mode you book a whole delivery or material list at once instead of item by item.
Count stock directly on site and enter it in the app – without paper count lists.
Technical and commercial data, images and documents for every item are at hand in the app, even when you are not at your desk. The data is maintained once centrally; browser and app work with the same data.
With catalogues and types you find items by search and filter in seconds – or you scan the barcode on the label and go straight to the right item.
Is something missing, is packaging damaged or is an item in the wrong place? Note it directly in a note and mention colleagues so the right person takes care of it.
You upload photos and documents from your smartphone. They are immediately available to everyone who works with the item.
Whether goods receipt in the warehouse, withdrawal for the construction site or return in the evening: you book every movement in the app, and the stock level is immediately up to date for everyone. With multi-booking mode you also handle larger quantities in one go.
You structure storage locations in a tree as finely as you need – for example hall, shelf and compartment. An item can be spread across several storage locations.
If an item is running low, request it directly in the app. The requisition goes to procurement, which manages it in the separate module and turns it into a purchase order.
